2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, generate, or distribute content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights, copyrights, or trademarks
  • Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child exploitation
  • Promotes or facilitates illegal activities

2.2 Harmful Content

  • Depicts or promotes violence, gore, or physical harm
  • Constitutes harassment, bullying, or threats
  • Contains hate speech or discriminatory content based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
  • Spreads misinformation that could cause harm

2.3 Adult Content

  • Contains sexually explicit material or pornography
  • Depicts nudity in a sexual context
  • Contains sexual content involving minors
  • Promotes sexual services or trafficking

2.4 Deceptive Practices

  • Creates deepfakes intended to mislead or deceive
  • Impersonates individuals without clear disclosure
  • Spreads false information or propaganda
  • Facilitates fraud, scams, or phishing

2.5 Malicious Use

  • Attempts to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
  • Distributes malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Conducts unauthorized security testing or attacks
  • Overwhelms our infrastructure (DDoS, spam)

3. Prohibited Activities

3.1 Account Misuse

  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trials or promotions
  • Sharing account credentials with others
  • Using stolen payment methods or credentials
  • Circumventing usage limits or restrictions

3.2 Commercial Restrictions

  • Reselling our service without authorization
  • Using free tier accounts for commercial purposes
  • Mass-generating content for resale without appropriate licensing
  • Building competing services using our platform

3.3 API and Automation Abuse

  • Scraping or automated data collection without permission
  • Bypassing rate limits or usage restrictions
  • Using bots or automation tools except as explicitly permitted
  • Excessive or abusive API usage

4. Content Guidelines

4.1 Rights and Permissions

You must:

  • Own or have permission to use all uploaded content
  • Respect copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property
  • Obtain necessary model releases for people in your images
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding your content

4.2 AI-Generated Content Disclosure

When sharing AI-generated content publicly, you should:

  • Clearly disclose that content is AI-generated when reasonable
  • Not pass off AI-generated content as authentic footage
  • Use appropriate labels or watermarks for sensitive applications
  • Follow platform-specific disclosure requirements where you share content

5. Enforcement

5.1 Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor content for compliance with this AUP, though we are not obligated to do so. We may use automated systems and human review to detect violations.

5.2 Consequences

Violations may result in:

  • Warning and requirement to remove violating content
  • Temporary suspension of account access
  • Permanent termination of account
  • Forfeiture of remaining credits or subscription
  • Legal action if required by law
  • Reporting to law enforcement for illegal content

5.3 Appeals

If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may appeal by contacting support@aimotionposter.app with a detailed explanation. We will review appeals within 5 business days.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this AUP, please report it to us immediately:

  • Include: Description of violation, relevant URLs or usernames, and any supporting evidence

7. Changes to This Policy
